This means you can influence their decisions if you play smart enough. After that, you must find a common ground. This is the key to successful planning.
  • After the initial planning, both parties discuss the course of their negotiations. Exchange of information, as well as the exchange of ideas, is necessary to understand each other’s perspective. By this time, it should be clear, what both parties want out if this agreement.
  • After that, one of the parties should come forward and propose a deal that takes care of everyone’s interests for it to be accepted by all.
  • During this stage, parties involved have the power to reject or accept the proposal or they can ask for the revisions of some conditions to better fit their needs.
  • After revisions, an agreement is reached and both parties clearly set forth their expectations from the agreement and at last end their discussions on a positive note.
